President Donald Trump has been campaigning hard for Republican lawmakers ahead of the upcoming midterm elections, arguing they will work harder to maintain protections for patients with pre-existing conditions.
"Republicans will totally protect people with pre-existing conditions, Democrats will not! Vote Republican," President Trump tweeted.
