The Massachusetts Hospital Association has reported that as of last Thursday, 20 Boston-area hospitals treated 219 patients from the Boston Marathon bombings, according to a Boston Business Journal report.

University of Pittsburgh Medical Center plans to reorganize its workforce by slowing hiring, potentially reducing its hiring rate by approximately 2,000 employees this year, according to a Pittsburgh Tribune-Review report.
