According to the news report, next year’s projected revenue represents a 45 percent increase since 2006. The health system has expanded its services, but the large revenue increase largely stems from pricing increases for healthcare services. According to the news report, OSU Medical Center increased pricing for services and items by 6.5 percent, much higher than the 2-3 percent pricing increases the last two years.
