Mr. Soto has worked with Northwell since 2015. The same year he joined the system, Mr. Soto helped roll out a new name and marketing plan for the rebranded organization, which is New York state’s largest healthcare provider and private employer. Northwell formerly went by North Shore-LIJ Health System.
Mr. Soto received his MBA from Yale University School of Management and has held positions at AT&T and GE Capital.
“People look for role models and Ramon is just that,” said George Zeppenfeldt-Cestero, president and CEO of AHHE. “He can influence people to recruit and retain talent from the Latino community.”
