Earlier this year, a federal bankruptcy judge approved the sale of shuttered St. Vincent’s Hospital Manhattan to Rudin Development and North Shore-LIJ for $260 million. Under the redevelopment deal, Rudin will build apartments and townhouses on the east part of the hospital campus, and North Shore-LIJ will convert the O’Toole building on the campus into an emergency center.
