1. Mr. Giantomasi is a member with law firm Chiesa Shahinian & Giantomasi in West Orange, N.J.
2. He has served as vice chair on the Newark Beth Israel board since 2015. Newark Beth Israel and the Children’s Hospital of New Jersey are both part of RWJBarnabas Health in West Orange.
3. Mr. Giantomasi’s colleague, Marc Berson, will become chairman emeritus of the Newark Beth Israel board and will chair the board of trustees for RWJBarnabas Health.
