Five hospitals across the United States have received credit downgrades in the last 30 days, according to a report by HFA Partners.

The hospitals receiving the downgrades include:

•    Beebe Medical Center (Lewes, Del.)— From BBB to BBB-
•    Garden City Hospital (Garden City, Mich.)— From Baa1 to Baa3
•    Northern Berkshire Health System (Berkshire County, Mass.)— From B to CC
•    Saints Medical Center (Lowell, Mass.)—From Ba3 to B1
•    West Penn Allegheny Health (Pittsburgh)—From B1 to B2

Seven hospitals received credit upgrades during the same time period.
