Michigan’s St. Joseph Mercy Saline Hospital to Resume $7.8 Million Expansion

St. Joseph Mercy Saline (Mich.) Hospital has announced that it will move forward with a $7.8 million expansion project that was delayed when Trinity Health, of which St. Joseph Mercy Saline is a member, issued a directive freezing all non-emergency capital spending.

The project will continue as originally intended, with plans calling for a 13,000 sq. ft. “Community Health Pavilion” housing a clinical laboratory, a nearly completed imaging center and a large community room for educational forums and events, according to a St. Joseph Mercy Saline press release.
