Mayo officials expect the decision to be temporary until the hospital’s food services are transferred to a new contractor, according to an internal hospital memo obtained by Post-Bulletin.

Mayo’s plans to switch from Sodexo to Morrison Healthcare for food and nutrition services sparked a major labor controversy earlier this year.
