Marcia Manker. CEO of MemorialCare Saddleback Medical Center (Laguna Hills, Calif.) and Orange Coast Medical Center (Fountain Valley, Calif.). Ms. Manker became CEO of Orange Coast Medical Center in 2002 and transitioned to head Saddleback Medical Center as well in 2016. The two hospitals are part of MemorialCare, a $2.2 billion nonprofit integrated healthcare delivery system with more than 200 care sites. Ms. Manker oversees the hospitals’ combined 470 beds and 6,400 employees, physicians and volunteers caring for hundreds of thousands of patients. In 2014, Ms. Manker earned the Woman of the Year award from the California State Assembly and Soroptimist International, and she serves on UC Irvine’s Executive Leadership Council. Ms. Manker is also a member of the Hospital Association of Southern California’s regional board.
