In his new role, Mr. Asay will be responsible for the operations, quality of care and governance of all LifeCare’s 19 specialty acute-care hospitals.
Mr. Asay has worked for LifeCare since 2006, serving as senior vice president of regional hospital operations. He has more than 22 years of experience in hospital operations and previously served as regional director of Select Medical Corporation and as CEO of Select Specialty Hospitals in Flint, Mich. and Ann Arbor, Mich.
