The agreement provides wage increases, maintains current benefits and includes incentive opportunities for meeting performance improvement goals. Kaiser’s current contract with its unions expires Sept. 30.
The Coalition of Kaiser Permanent Unions represents 28 different local unions that represent workers including registered nurses, pharmacists, maintenance and service workers among many other positions.
