Jeremy Boal, MD. President of Mount Sinai Downtown and Executive Vice President and Chief Clinical Officer of Mount Sinai Health System (New York City). Dr. Boal has spent more than 20 years as a leader at Mount Sinai, culminating in his current role as president of Mount Sinai Downtown and executive vice president and chief clinical officer of Mount Sinai Health System, which maintains seven hospitals and 6,500-plus physicians. In his roles, Dr. Boal is responsible for overseeing the health system’s more than $500 million investment to create Mount Sinai Downtown, and ensuring patients can access and receive the highest quality clinical care and services. A board-certified internist with certification in geriatrics, Dr. Boal previously served as executive vice president and CMO of Mount Sinai. He also worked as the executive director and co-founder of the health system’s Visiting Doctors Program, which provides in-home primary care services to 1,000-plus patients annually.
