Anne Boland Docimo, MD. Executive Vice President of Enterprise Population Health and Chief Clinical Transformation Officer of Jefferson Health (Philadelphia). Prior to joining Jefferson Health, Dr. Docimo served as CMO for UPMC Health Plan and senior medical director for UPMC Hospitals. As a physician executive for both provider and payer organizations, Dr. Docimo has experience in using clinical and claims data to improve quality of care as well as the health system’s financial outcomes. Additionally, she serves as associate dean for clinical affairs at Philadelphia-based Sidney Kimmel Medical College and president of JeffCare Alliance Clinically Integrated Network, a communication tool between independent and employed primary care physicians to develop evidence-based clinical protocols.
