Indianapolis, Clarian Health Begin $192M Development

The City of Indianapolis and non-profit Clarian Healthcare moving forward with a $192 million neuroscience facility development in the city’s downtown area, according to an Indianapolis Star report.

City officials said the project’s job-creating potential was a big factor in the city’s decision to subsidize the development with $38 million in tax funds. The neuroscience and office complex is expected to bring in 1,225 transferred jobs and 1,200 more within 10 years of its opening.
