Regions Hospital in Minnesota to Invest $9.5M for Construction

Regions Hospital in St. Paul, Minn., will invest approximately $9.5 million to complete the eleventh floor of its new south tower, according to a Pioneer Press report.

Plans for the additional floor are in response to growing admissions and stable hospital finances. The floor space will be utilized for acute-care surgery cases. Hospital officials, who did not expect to complete the eleventh floor for more two years, hope to open the floor by next December.
