Highmark claims UPMC has used an aggressive misinformation campaign to scare Highmark members into thinking that their current relationships with UPMC physicians are in jeopardy and therefore must switch plans, which Highmark contends is not true.

Highmark is seeking an injunction to stop UPMC from continuing its alleged false advertising about Highmark.
