Under the agreement with Weston, Fla.-based Cleveland Clinic Florida, Cleveland Clinic physicians will serve as medical directors for 12 MinuteClinic locations throughout Palm Beach to Broward counties. Cleveland Clinic and MinuteClinic will also collaborate on patient education and disease management initiatives, according to a MinuteClinic news release.
Columbus-based OhioHealth has entered into a similar agreement, providing medical directors to seven MinuteClinic locations and collaborate on patient education. MinuteClinic providers will also have access to OhioHealth’s electronic medical record system, according to a Columbus Business First report.
