2. She previously served as president of the eastern region of Denver-based Catholic Health Initiatives.
3. She currently serves on the board of Walgreens Boots Alliance and Hill-Rom Holdings.
4. With the addition of Ms. Schlichting, HealthSouth’s board now includes 11 directors.
