The issue topped climate change, which 25 percent of New Hampshire voters said was their most important issue, and income equality, which 21 percent of voters said was their top issue.
When it comes to replacing all private health insurance with a single-payer system, 58 percent of New Hampshire voters agreed with the proposal, while 37 percent opposed it.
