Healthcare companies surpass Apple and Google in employee happiness, survey finds

CareBliss, an online career community, has released its 6th annual CareerBliss 50 Happiest Companies in America for 2016, recognizing companies dedicated to cultivating happier work environments. Several healthcare organizations topped notable technology corporations, such as Adobe, Google, Microsoft and Apple.

CareBliss determined the rankings based on thousands of confidential company reviews submitted on CareBliss.com, in which employees ranked their employers on the key factors that impact overall employee happiness. These include one’s relationship with management and company CEO, compensation, workplace environment, growth opportunities, satisfaction with job role and overall workplace setting.
