The reported net revenue for third-quarter 2010 was $1.27 billion, compared to $1.12 billion for the same quarter in 2009. Admissions increased 4.9 percent, and adjusted admissions grew 8.4 percent in the third quarter compared to a year ago.
Through its subsidiaries, Health Management operates 60 general acute-care hospitals, with approximately 9,000 licensed beds, in non-urban communities located throughout the United States.
