Shore Memorial Hospital in New Jersey Close to Showcasing $125M Addition

Shore Memorial Hospital in Somers Point, N.J., is close to opening its $125 million, 138,000-square-foot expansion, according to a Press of Atlantic City report.

The hospital’s expansion includes new interventional suites, technology and 650-square-foot operating rooms, among other additions. Hospital officials are helping staff acclimate to the new facility, which is required by law, with scavenger hunts, according to the report. The hospital is expected to receive its certificate of occupancy on Aug. 25.
