The man that brought Danville, Pa.-based Geisinger its money-back guarantee — emeritus CEO Glenn Steele, MD, PhD — will share his tips and tricks on how the health system  serves a population of well over 3 million in a talk with the Denver Medical Study Group April 4.

He will explain how Geisinger developed and implemented value reengineering for its patients in both hospital and ambulatory care settings, detailed as the inception of the health system's "warranty" promise.

Dr. Steele will also share insights on his work with xG Health Solutions, a Geisinger spinout, and the Health Transformation Alliance.
