Dr. Steele will speak in front of the group April 4 in a presentation titled “Value-Based Healthcare: What it Looks Like, What it is, How to Achieve.” He will explain how Geisinger developed and implemented value reengineering for its patients in both hospital and ambulatory care settings, detailed as the inception of the health system’s “warranty” promise.
Dr. Steele will also share insights on his work with xG Health Solutions, a Geisinger spinout, and the Health Transformation Alliance.
