“Trump will be able to repeat it with enormous effectiveness once somebody translates it,” Mr. Gingrich said.
Mr. Trump has been publicly involved in the GOP’s efforts to pass the party’s healthcare bill, hosting dozens of Republican Senators at the White House earlier this week to discuss the matter.
Though he initially wanted senators to vote on the measure before the July 4 recess, the vote has been postponed until after the break.
