Mr. Story and Grady have agreed to terms and have drawn up legal papers that must be signed. Officials from Grady did not give an exact figure for the settlement but said that Mr. Story would receive “less than a year’s salary,” according to the report. Mr. Story was earning $600,000 when he was fired last year.
