Florida’s Sacred Heart to Announce Expansion Project

Sacred Heart (Pensacola, Fla.) Health System officials will announce a multimillion-dollar expansion project, adding new floors to its Heart and Vascular Institute, according to a Pensacola News Journal report.

The healthcare system opened its $31.5 million cancer center 18 months ago and could potentially face $9.5 million in cuts in annual Medicaid reimbursements from the Florida government.
