The net revenue is a significant improvement for the cash-strapped hospital that has struggled to stay viable since 2007. Officials said the hospital could potentially end the fiscal year in the black, according to the report.
A number of cost-cutting measures attributed to the financial improvement, including stable patient admissions, improved billing and purchasing power and some downsizing.
