The health system left the association in March 2016 for undisclosed reasons. A spokesperson for the MHA told the Business Journal the organization is “very pleased” the health system decided to become a part of the organization again.
In a statement to the Business Journal, FHS said “The Minnesota Hospital Association offers important resources for Fairview employees and providers in terms of advocacy, data, patient safety and other subjects. We look forward to our partnership this year.”
