This change reinforces the distinction from its sister organization, The Beryl Institute, which serves as a thought leader and research entity on improving the patient experience. The name change will also be accompanied by a changed logo.

“We’re in the business of helping hospitals impact the health of people. Whether it’s partnering to implement solutions that improve patient experience, creating customized post-discharge services or helping drive physician referrals, we provide the most comprehensive services to guide patients through the entire healthcare process, both inside and outside the hospital’s walls,” said Steve Whitehurst, chief customer officer for BerylHealth. “Our transition from Beryl to BerylHealth is simply a way for us to put our stake in the ground as the industry leader in patient experience and demonstrate our commitment to improving healthcare, as we continue to grow and evolve to meet the needs of our customers in this rapidly changing environment.”
