1. Ms. Boyington replaces Rick Youngblood on the board, which governs Chattanooga, Tenn.-based Erlanger Health System.
2. Currently, Ms. Boyington leads Chattanooga-based educational technology firm Thinking Media.
3. On the Erlanger board, she will serve an initial four-year term.
