Driver may have intentionally crashed car into Emory Hillandale ED, police say

The driver who crashed his car into Lithonia, Ga.-based Emory Hillandale Hospital’s emergency department may have done so on purpose, according to a Feb. 11 FOX5 report.

Two people, including the driver, were injured after the vehicle crashed into the hospital’s waiting room Jan. 9. 

Investigators believe the driver, whose name has not been released, acted intentionally, according to FOX5. The driver is undergoing psychological evaluation, and charges are still pending.
