Redevelopment Project Includes $365M Brigham and Women’s Facility

The redevelopment process for Massachusetts Mental Health Center in Boston has begun, and will include a $365 million Brigham and Women’s facility, according to a Boston Globe report.

The construction of the site will not begin until the $27 million Binney Street medical office facilities are completed. Construction of the Brigham and Women’s facility, which will consist of a medical office and research space, will take more than two years. Design plans call for it to open within 10 years.
