David J. Bailey, MD. President and CEO of Nemours Children’s Health System (Jacksonville, Fla.). Since 2006, Dr. Bailey has been president and CEO of Nemour’s, an integrated children’s health system, where he has aimed to sharpen the organization’s strategic focus and engagement in population health and advocacy initiatives. He began his career with the system at Nemour’s Children’s Clinic in Orlando, Fla., and prior to his current position, served as the system’s first COO, beginning in 2003. Dr. Bailey has also served in various roles within the Army Medical Corps and helped establish the division of pediatric gastroenterology at the Orlando-based Arnold Palmer Hospital for Children.
