Craig D. Rhyne, MD. CMO of Covenant Health System (Lubbock, Texas). Prior to being named CMO in 2011, Dr. Rhyne was trauma medical director of Covenant Health System. He has held a number of positions within the organization, including chair of the Trauma Peer Review Committee and chair of the Covenant Transfer Committee. He received the 1990 Clinical Teaching Award for outstanding clinical instruction at Texas Tech University Health Science Center in Lubbock in 1990.
