Land will soon be cleared in the area where the facilities will be constructed.

Construction plans were delayed after a bar owner whose land was taken over by the new hospital district sued for who sued arguing he was owed more money for the loss of his property. Earlier this week a judge ruled against the bar owner, allowing construction plans to move forward.
