The proposed Saratoga Medical Park is a joint venture between the hospital and Albany (N.Y.) Medical Center and would feature a 60,000-square-foot urgent care outpatient center and, potentially, nursing and senior living homes, medical office buildings and a hospital, depending on the need, according to the report.

Saratoga Hospital and Albany Medical Center already received certificate of need approval from the state. The next step is for the Malta Planning Board to approve building blueprints for each proposed facility in Saratoga Medical Park.
