Mountain View Regional in Virginia Begins Final Phase of $2.5M Expansion

Mountain View Regional Medical Center in Norton, Va., is working on its third and final phase of its $2.5 million emergency department expansion project, according to a Kingsport Times-News report.

The third phase includes additional examination rooms and cosmetic changes and is expected to be completed in March. The completed ED will consist of 8,000 square feet and 11 beds.

The first two phases have added examination rooms, a new lobby and waiting room area, a new emergency and outpatient registration area, a new patient entrance and additional administrative offices.
