Eighty-seven percent of Fortune 500 CEOs are spending four or more days in the office each week, according to a new poll from the company.

Here’s how those same CEOs expect workers to spend their time:

  • Forty percent expect workers in-office three days per week;
  • Thirty-four percent call employees in four or more days per week;
  • Fifteen percent require two or fewer office days per week, or allow fully remote employment.
