Since the network started in 2008, it has expanded to become a common technology platform for more than 220 healthcare trade associations and professional societies. Job postings have risen to nearly 5,000 per month, the number of job seekers has grown to 9,000 per month and online resumes now total more than 65,000.

Through the network, positions posted to one job board appear on all relevant job boards, providing employers with a greater degree of access to job candidates.

“With one click, AHACareerCenter.org gives us access to healthcare-specific professionals in several niche markets that are usually not reached through traditional recruitment efforts,” said Rob Kitto, manager of talent selection & recruitment at Texas Children’s Hospital.
