Running Feb. 20–22 at the Cedars-Sinai Thalians Health Center, this public exhibition will showcase over 100 works of art available for purchase, with 100% of the proceeds going directly to the artists. Before the public opening, Cedars-Sinai donors and employees will have an exclusive chance to view and buy pieces from Feb. 18–19.
The event is spearheaded by the Advisory Council for the Arts. Supporting partners include Grief and Hope Los Angeles, the Museum of Contemporary Art Projects Council, the Los Angeles County Museum of Art, the Institute of Contemporary Art Los Angeles, the Hammer Museum and the Bendix Building.
Additionally, Cedars-Sinai will sell select pieces from its 5,300-piece private art collection, with proceeds benefiting Grief and Hope Los Angeles, a fund created by local artists and gallery workers aiming to help peers affected by the fires.
Admission and parking are free at Cedars-Sinai Thalians Health Center’s main campus, located at 8730 Alden Drive in Los Angeles. The public sale will run from 11 a.m. – 4 p.m on Feb. 20–22. Prices start at around $20.
