Carlos Pellegrini, MD. CMO of UW Medicine (Seattle). In addition to serving as CMO of UW Medicine, Dr. Pellegrini is also vice president for medical affairs for the University of Washington. He has chaired the department of surgery at UW School of Medicine cine 1993. He is a current member of the board of commissioners of The Joint Commission, a past chair of the board of regents and president of the American College of Surgeons and a past president of the American Surgical Association.
