Mr. Lake replaces Tim Hill who left the hospital for a position at Arkansas Heart Hospital in Little Rock.
Mr. Lake previously served as CEO at Great Plains Regional Medical Center in Elk City, Okla. He earned an MBA from Texas Tech University in Lubbock.
