Mark Werner, MD, senior vice president and chief clinical innovation officer at Minneapolis-based Medica, will serve as chairman of the ACPE board for a second term.
Hoda Asmar, MD, MBA, vice president and CMO of Comprehensive Pharmacy Services in Memphis, Tenn., will serve as vice chair.
The three new members of the board of directors are as follows.
• Daniel Lace, MD, CMO of Leaders in Medicine
• Alan Marco, MD, president and CEO of Wright State Physicians and associate dean for faculty and clinical affairs at Wright State University in Dayton, Ohio.
• J.D. Polk, DO, dean of Des Moines (Iowa) University’s College of Osteopathic Medicine
