ACHE Names Deborah Bowen CEO

The American College of Healthcare Executives has named Deborah J. Bowen its new president and CEO, effective May 13.

Ms. Bowen has served as ACHE’s executive vice president and COO since 2003. She joined the ACHE staff in 1992 as director of government relations and served the organization until 2000, when she left to become deputy executive director for the Society of Actuaries.

She succeeds Thomas C. Dolan, PhD, FACHE, who is retiring from his role after 22 years.
