ACA repeal is coming — Why hospitals need to craft an action plan today

Hospitals and health systems that create a plan to address the potential regulatory changes under the American Health Care Act (AHCA), Congressional Republicans’ proposed legislation to repeal and replace the ACA, will be better positioned when the transition inevitably occurs.

No matter the form ACA replacement takes, the new plan will almost certainly reduce government funding for healthcare, and providers cannot afford to remain idle in the interim.

Mukesh Gangwal, president and CEO of Prism Healthcare Partners, and George Whetsell, managing partner at Prism, will discuss the latest potential ramifications of the current plan to repeal and replace the ACA and present applicable strategies to mitigate those effects in a webinar on March 27 at 12 p.m. CT.

Webinar registrants will learn:

  • The current status of ACA repeal and replacement legislation
  • Actions hospitals and health systems should take now
  • What the regulatory changes could mean for value-based care and physician networks
