The survey was conducted Nov. 8 to Nov. 13 among a random sample of 1,201 respondents over the age of 18.
Only 27 percent of respondents believe Mr. Obama is responsible for any of the ACA’s problems moving forward, though 36 percent of Republican respondents said he would be.
Fifty-one percent of respondents believe it is either very likely or somewhat likely Republicans will repeal and replace the ACA in the next year, while 42 percent of Democratic respondents expect it will be.
