Inova Health System in Virginia Cutting 117 Management Positions

Inova Health System, headquartered in Falls Church, Va., has cut 117 mid-level management positions, according to a Kaiser Health News report.

Of the 117 job cuts, 84 will be through attrition. Health system officials said the job cuts were enacted in response to changes under healthcare reform and a challenging economy.
