6 burnout-prevention tactics to utilize at work from PNC Bank

In a recent blog post, PNC Bank noted 6 tips to avoid getting burned out at the office.

In the post, PNC notes a study from the Archives of Internal Medicine that reveal 46% of physicians reported at least on symptom of burnout.

PNC urges people to try to prevent burnout, noting “it’s crucial to do so.”

The 6 tactics listed are:

1.    Be aware of Burnout

2.    Practice Stress Reduction

3.    Try narrative counseling

4.    Connect with people and activities outside of work

5.    Consider cognitive behavioral therapy

6.    Reduce stressors
