In no particular order, I narrowed the number down to the top 10 for each and immediately noticed that, while half were different, there were five top concerns that CEO’s and CMO’s emphatically shared:

The discrepancies between these top concerns, or the five they did not share, is a reflection of different perspectives and priorities. They are all important, of course. Just how important depends on where you sit. The path to progress, however, lies in the overlap, beginning with physician alignment and integration, or integrated leadership.
